Hi everyone! It was my pleasure to be invited to teach for Memory Box at the Great Yosemite Stamp Escape the first weekend of May.
The weekend began Friday evening at the sponsoring store, The Cat’s Meow in Oakhurst, California, with registration, refreshments and ATC trading. It was great to meet Sharon Fitzgerald, her assistant Melissa Cash, her awesome customers and shop in her wonderful stamp store!
Thank you to Lori Anne and Gary for driving me around! From the store we headed to the Pines Resort. The late night view in the chalet was so cool, I loved how you could see the pines above the drapes. Guess I was to tired to take a good photo though, but you get the idea.

Saturday and Sunday it was up early and off to class! 93 Fabulous and talented ladies to create with!
Here’s a view of the pines from the resort where the classes were held. It was gorgeous weather all weekend!

There were four instructors and we each taught the same class 4 times. Here’s a photo of the last class. We shared a lot of laughs…a little ornery. lol
I’m the one in the striped blue and peach shirt, 3rd from the left.

Another after everyone was finished. It still makes me smile thinking about the fun times and meeting new stamping friends!

After the last class we all assembled in the main room of the resort for the prize giveaways and more.
Here’s a photo of Sharon introducing us…from the left, Linda Bradbury, me, Sharon, Jennifer Dove and Karen Burniston.

Sharon had a store set up for the ladies to shop while they were there… here’s some photos of the ladies shopping and enjoying all the wonderful new supplies! There were demos and make and takes going on Saturday evening too!

Look at all the Memory Box dies and stencils! Here’s Sharon working hard! She does an amazing job organizing and setting everything up. This was their 14th Stamp Escape!!!

Before I close this post, I better show you the cards I designed for them to make. We used Memory Box dies, stencils, paper, stamps and some poppystamps dies too.

Thank you Memory Box for sending me to teach and thank you Sharon for having me! Thank you all for your support here on Outside the Box. I’ll be back tomorrow with more from the new Summer 2014 release! See you then!
